By accessing our website and engaging in coaching services with Hired & Aligned, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Nature of Coaching

Coaching is a collaborative process intended to support you in achieving your career and personal goals. Coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, or financial/legal advice. You remain solely responsible for your choices, actions, and results.

2. Payments & Refunds

• Payment is due in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  
  
• Once services have begun, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided.
  
  

3. Guarantee Policy

We stand behind our “Get Hired in 90 Days or Less” program. Our guarantee applies under these conditions:

• You attend all scheduled sessions, complete all assignments, and fully implement the strategies provided.
  
  
• If you meet these requirements and are not hired within 90 days, we will continue working with you at no additional cost until you secure a role.
  
  
• If you do not fulfill your responsibilities, the guarantee is void. In such cases, we may, at our discretion, reevaluate your situation and offer a discounted package.
  
  
• If the process extends beyond six months, a new payment cycle will begin.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Hired & Aligned, including guides, frameworks, templates, and course content, remain our intellectual property. These materials may not be copied, shared, or resold without prior written consent.

6. Confidentiality

We are committed to keeping all coaching conversations confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hired & Aligned shall not be liable for any damages — including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — arising from your use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
